3/12/14 Received vaccines listed below.
3/15/14 1st seizure lasting approximately 10 min.
Dx as febrile. T101. Lump noted to left thigh at injection site. CT labs to follow arrival to ER. +RSV-required nebulizers for tx.
This was the first seizure that started what has been 50+ to follow.
In the meantime patient has received numerous lab tests MRIs, EEGs, MD appt, medications to rule out and/or treat.
Received dx of epilepsy 3/2015.

Infant, less than 1 year old, received 5 vaccines.
Three days later, started getting seizures.
After many lab tests, diagnosed with epilepsy.
